About the Role:
We are seeking adynamicandresults-orientedHead of Sales & Marketing to lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with aproven track recordof success in the premium real estate sector in Chennai. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and target market.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, real estate agents, and industry influencers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and events.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuringcustomer satisfactionat every stage.
Monitor and analyzesales performancedata to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and build brand loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the premium real estate sector in Chennai.
Proven track recordof success in achievingsales targetsand exceeding expectations.
Strongleadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM and other sales and marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Desired Skills:
Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals.
Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
