ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Head of Social Media to oversee all social media activity across Schoolhouse, Food

52 and Dansk – including our content, our shop and our partnerships. This role will drive the vision, strategy, execute and

optimization

of our social efforts across all social platforms – most notably:

You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, Substack and beyond. This leader will be responsible for developing

innovative

and compelling content, growing our audience, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and commerce teams to ensure our social strategy aligns with overarching business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

:

• Develop and implement a cohesive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with Food

52’s audience and revenue goals.

• Build a unified vision across platforms to ensure brand consistency while catering to unique audience needs and optimizing content for each.

• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to innovate and keep the brand at the forefront of the industry and top-of-mind for the community.

• Oversee the creation of compelling, shareable content, including video, photography, graphics, and copy, tailored to each social platform (Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, You Tube, etc.).

• Work closely with creative, editorial, and production teams to develop campaigns that resonate with

diverse

audiences and amplify brand storytelling.
