Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness, including daily outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing.
Duties
Marketing plans: Develop and execute marketing plans, including market/competitor research, campaigns, and analysis
Promotional materials: Create brochures, flyers, and digital content
Social media: Manage social media presence and create content to attract target audiences
Events: Organize events including seasonal camps and clinics. Represent AZ Dingers at event booths including little league opening nights, attending select local tournaments to represent AZ Dingers
Community/partner relationships: Work with key partners in the community to develop relations and promote the business i.e., Visit Mesa, AZ Athletic Grounds, community colleges, men’s / women softball league, etc
Sales goals: Be aware of sales goals and provide weekly reports on meaningful activities contributing to goals
Reporting: Provide reporting data from the CRM system and other sales analytics systems to the owner/manager
Facility Reception: / customer check in / check out as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills / Outgoing personality
Strong working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Strong computer skills
Self-driven go-getter with communication, and customer service skills
Baseball / Softball knowledge & experience

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
