This is a full-time on-site position primarily working at our Beverly Hills and DTLA office locations.

Job description:
Create branded content (stagnant and video form) for our social media sites including YouTube.
Ghostwrite and provide support to attorneys writing blogs for our website.
Optimize website, GBP, and photos for SEO
Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance.
Assist with social content shoots including camera work, editing, and scheduling
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of two years prior experience with content creation, preferably for a law firm
Excellent computer skills including Canva
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
Minimum of a two-year degree
Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.
Salary
$70,000 – $85,000 per year
