Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests

Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries

Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency

Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts

Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases

Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients’ needs

Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
