Academy of Hope Public Charter School (AoH) is searching for a creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Digital Content Manager to elevate our digital presence and engage with our vibrant community of adult learners, educators, donors, and partners. If you are passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and amplifying impactful narratives, this is your chance to lead and innovate at a mission-driven organization.
Strong candidates will have experience in digital content creation, content management systems, SEO best practices, and social media strategy. Preferred qualifications include certifications in content marketing, digital analytics, or social media management.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) that inspires engagement and builds AoH’s brand.
Plan, produce, and manage an impactful podcast series that shares real stories, partner insights, and educational trends.
Craft compelling newsletters, blogs, and digital content that showcase AoH’s mission and achievements.
Lead SharePoint content management, ensuring seamless internal communication.
Use analytics and performance insights to drive digital strategy and engagement.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
Three (3) or more years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, video storytelling, or podcast production.
Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
Expertise in social media management tools, video and audio editing software (Adobe Suite, Audacity, Hootsuite), and analytics tools.
Experience managing and structuring SharePoint for internal communications.
A creative, innovative mindset with strong project management skills.
