Key Responsibilities:
StrategicLeadership:Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Hub Spot, developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize Hub Spot tools for marketing, admissions, data analytics, and IT operations.
Optimization and Integration:Work closely withcross-functional teamsto ensure Hub Spot is integrated effectively across departments. Continuously review, audit, and improve Hub Spot workflows to enhance performance.
Training & Support:Provide expert-level training and support to users across the organization, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to maximize the potential of Hub Spot’s products.
AI-Driven Transformation:Leverage Hub Spot’s AI tools, including Breeze AI, to automate, optimize, and innovate our marketing and admissions processes.
Analytics & Reporting:Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track the performance of Hub Spot activities, collaborating with the Chief Data Officer to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Problem Solving & Support:Managetechnical challengeswithin the platform, working alongside IT teams and third-party Hub Spot resources to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:Proven experience as a Hub Spot Architect, Administrator, or similar role, with a strong understanding of Hub Spot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, and AI tools.
Technical Expertise:Solid background in system integrations, troubleshooting, and optimizing Hub Spot products to meet business needs.
Strategic Thinking:Ability to think long-term and design solutions that align with company objectives, improve business operations, and drive growth.
Collaboration &Communication:Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Data-Driven Mindset:Proficient in analyzing data and using it to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize Hub Spot usage.
Certifications:Hub Spot certifications across relevant product areas are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience working in marketing operations, with a focus on Hub Spot or similar platforms.
