Hands-on Experience:
Recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Candidate sourcing and interviewing.
Ensuring operational stability for all HR functions related processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments, coordinate with hiring managers, and schedule interviews with candidates.
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a smooth interview process.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company, and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with company policies and culture.
Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
·       Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
·       Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Teams.
·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
·       Strong organizational and time management skills.
