The HR generalist role involves overseeing key HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks. You will support the HR team in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee onboarding, employee relations, and engagement activities.
Manage payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Handle procurement requests and invoices related to HR requirements.
Monitor petty cash and submit reports to the Finance Team.
Implement HR Information Systems (e.g., Oracle) and HR policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in an HR generalist role.
Strong experience in HRIS and policy implementation.
