Seeking a very experienced Public Relations Executive to join our team on a freelance /part time basis. If this works out, full time position can become available in the future.
If you are already working for a PR Agency, this can be your side gig. You can work from home and from our office as needed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies that enhance and builds our brand image and its founder. You must come in with existing media contacts in the area of: Fashion & Entrepreneurship with publications that are read by very busy high level professional women. You must be scraping and have creative ideas on how to get results. You will be working very closely with our founder.
We are a small but growing fashion brand and and are seeking a PR executive who’s contribution should make a big difference.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to promote our fashion brand and it’s founder.
Write and distribute press releases, pitch stories, book paid speaking opportunities for our founder.
Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives to secure coverage in relevant publications.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
Qualifications
Deep connections with publications, podcasters , conference planners, etc.
Proven experience in public relations or communications roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms.
Strong understanding of media relations practices and experience working with journalists to enhance our founder’s profile.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
