As we grow, we’re looking for skilled marketers to join our team and help generate qualified leads for motor vehicle accident referrals. Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads for motor vehicle accident cases. • Use various channels (social media, digital advertising, SEO, email campaigns, etc.) to attract and engage potential clients. • Build partnerships and networks to create referral pipelines. • Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI. • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and client needs. Qualifications • Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales (experience in personal injury or legal services is a plus). • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets. • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the motor vehicle accident or personal injury space. • Established network or contacts in relevant industries. • Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads.
