Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative,
results-driven
In-House Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate our brand presence across major social media platforms. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, design and run advertising campaigns, and help drive engagement with our community of parents and students. If you have a knack for video content creation and editing, even better!

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube.
Manage social media accounts by posting engaging content, interacting with followers, and monitoring analytics to measure success.
Stay
up-to-date
with platform trends to optimize reach and engagement.
Advertising Campaigns:
Design and run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Content Creation:
Create high-quality, eye-catching designs for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
Plan and shoot video content, including Tik Tok reels, Instagram stories, and You Tube videos.
Edit video content to ensure it’s polished and on-brand.
Branding:
Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing materials, from brochures to email campaigns.
Collaboration
& Growth:
Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
