Role Purpose

Create, develop and execute store layout in order to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create monthly layout plan following campaign calendar

Give feedback to stores for their next week layout plan

Creating facing plan to show outfit and standardize across all stores

Understand UNIQLO and FR standards, vision, mission and implement locally

Liaise, follow up and communicate with VMD & Marketing Australia & Japan

Analyse business results to identify IMD issues and establish ways to improve

Conduct IMD training when necessary

Approve weekly and monthly IMD plans

Influence and align global planning with local planning by communicating necessary information, identify current trends and implementing locally

Understand about the company and our products thoroughly.

Understand all business policies and procedures

Understand business operations, especially store operations

Create monthly business plans based on analysis of proposed plans

Create visual presentation of store, products and layouts especially new store openings

Review Profit and Loss report and advise management on improvement points, objectives and strategies

Liaise with appropriate departments in regards to external feedback

Seek and identify new business opportunities

Advocate and implement best practice and share with Global Head Quarters

Key Skills and Qualifications

Relevant qualification and work experience at retail business / management

Cultural sensitivity and flexibility

Solid understanding of operations

Ability to work well in a team and at times work unsupervised

Self motivated, initiative, high level of energy

Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills

Able to communicate in English

Pleasant, well groomed and enjoy interacting with people

Have a strong leadership
