Tri-Bros Connections is a small business in the logisitcs & supply chain industry located in Johnson City, NY. We are professional, fast-paced and demanding. We operate as intermediaries to the Truckers and Manufacturers Nationwide. Including Canada. It is sales related and consists of persistency and negotiation to our carriers & manufacturers. TRAINING/START DATE: MAY 5TH, 2025

We are looking for Go-Getters and Negotiators to get clients (MANUFACTURERS) products delivered on time via trucking/transportation forms. Starting AT 50% Uncapped commissions on any and all accounts brought in by you. Seeking Freight Agents, to develop a book of manufacturers in the Trucking/Transportation industry
1099 plans are also available starting at 50% commissions.

Be Highly motivated, Success-driven, and Enthusiastic
Be Energetic and Undeterred by the “No”
Have Excellent attention to detail and a CAN-DO attitude
Comfortable with talking on the phone
Strong Negotiation Skills
Strong Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, Internet browsing, email, and understanding file locations
MS Office and Google Apps preferred
Understanding of basic Arithmetic and Geometry
Experience:
Trucking/Transportation or Shipping industry experience preferred but not required
Applicable education or training may be substituted for experience

Pay: 50% COMMISSION BASE PAY ONLY
Responsibilities
– Negotiate freight rates with carriers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions.
– Coordinate and dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
– Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
– Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
– Manage contracts, pricing, and data entry related to freight transactions.
– Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
TRAINING/START DATE: 05/05/2025

Pay: $5,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month
