JOB TITLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Remote)

SUMMARY
A Project Coordinator (PC) fulfills various duties and responsibilities while working closely with team members across a variety of departments to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. A PC will perform the full range of our phased management cycles: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Another focus of the role is to learn and retain as much information as possible in preparation for progression into a Project Manager (PM) position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Scheduling projects and team calendars
Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources
Answers customer questions and general inquiries via phone and email
Conducts and participates in outreach efforts related but not limited to lead generation and sales
Enforces company policies and procedures
Promotes client retention through departmental initiatives as identified by management
Adopts special projects from time to time as assigned by management based on the needs of the business
Supports cross-departmental functions by developing an advanced understanding of key responsibilities that are either shared or siloed

Manage projects including but not limited to: consulting, invoicing, and calendaring while providing a seamless client experience

Master product knowledge and its translation to marketing solutions and needs
Develop an understanding of creative quality assurance
Identifies and determines system improvement
Learns how to translate project management workflows into other projects that are not product- or service-specific
Conducts cold or warm outreach calls
Participates and engages in company culture while contributing to talent retention
Create and Execute Social Media Strategy

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer service, outreach, communication, and sales skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency
Proficient with Google Workspace and other word processing software

EARNING POTENTIAL: Salary Range $18-20/hr depending on experience Annual performance-based raises of 6-12% and Objective/Key Results annual bonus of 10%Commission opportunities on new clients

WORK HOURS

This is a full-time salaried exempt position. Minimum requirements average at 5 hours per day or 25 hours per week. Work hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects. Some days may require more than 5 hours. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or supervisory role required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients outside of business hours as needed.
100% remote role
Ability to travel to and from the company’s office or satellite work environments
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
