Influencer Intern (Influencer Management)
We Are Social is on the lookout for a confident, enthusiastic and passionate Influencer Intern tojoin our teamin Toronto. You’ll be reporting into the Influencer Manager, across multiple accounts forexcitingbrands nationally and globally.
Our Influencer Management team works closely with the Editorial, Creative, and Strategy teams as well as the Research & Insights and Production leads.
You must have a competent understanding of the social media and influencer landscape and social channels, including being on top of all channel developments and the opportunities they offer to brands.
For our clients you will be expected to collaborate across multiple projects and communicate this clearly as well as managing and delivering this work with the team. You’ll begin to understand their business & strategy and ensure the work you sit across delivers strong results, on time and within budget.
One key area will be working with creators and influencers to deliver mutually-beneficial content partnerships for brands, managing those relationships on a day to day basis to produce our work. We expect you to be able to show a passion for building a network of creator partners across a range of different platforms and communities.

What does this role involve?
Management of day to day client activities as it relates to Influencers and Creators
Assisting your Influencer team in the management of client campaigns; support the team with sourcing and outreaching to influencers, contracting, negotiating, etc.
Build strong relationships with talent and agents across North America and abroad
Support in client planning as it pertains to Influencer Marketing
Ensuring that all activity follows sign off processes both for yourself and your team
Working closely with the Editorial and Creative teams on content ideation and production
Participate in the creation of client report presentations as required and appropriate

A confident individual that has a passion for influencer marketing and social media
A curiosity for the brightest and best in social, and translating this into brilliant creative and editorial executions
Obsessed with the internet, and can speak only in meme language, if needed!
Natural tendency to being overly organised, and great at communicating within team
Natural curiosity and understanding of consumer behaviours and mindset in social.
