Role Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will help build and manage relationships with KOLs in India. Your responsibilities will include supporting influencer marketing strategies, aiding in content creation, and assisting in campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness.
Role Responsibilities:
KOL Research: Identify relevant influencers, KOLs, and micro-influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring they align with brand values and target audiences.
Campaign Coordination:Â Assist in planning, executing, and tracking influencer campaigns to meet deadlines and KPIs.
Relationship Management:Â Help maintain strong connections with KOLs by facilitating smooth communication and addressing inquiries promptly.
Content Review:Â Work with KOLs and internal teams to ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Data Analysis:Â Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights for improvement.
Market Research:Â Stay informed on industry trends, new platforms, and competitor strategies to refine influencer marketing efforts.
Administrative Support:Â Assist with campaign logistics, including follow-ups, budgeting, and invoicing.
Role Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is required.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.
Passionate about trends, social media, and digital marketing. Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, or influencer management is a plus.
