EgyBell is hiring for an Influencer Manager (Marketing) for a Qatari digital marketing agency.

Work type: Remote.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

· Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.

· Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and partnerships across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, PR) to create cohesive brand strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms.

· Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and payment processes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 4 years of experience in the same position.

· Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.

· Excellent English level.

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

· Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Traackr, AspireIQ Upfluence, hypeauditor).

· Experience working in digital marketing or a similar field.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to analyze data, track performance, and provide insights for improvement.

· Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm and develop unique influencer collaborations.
