Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creativeInfluencer and social media Marketing Managerto join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, building relationships with key influencers, and driving brand awareness and engagement through influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers to ensure a high return on investment.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, social media) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
Execute campaigns on Tiktok and analyze campaign performance, insights and optimize the campaigns.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators in the region.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies.
Organize influencer events, collaborations, and activations to enhance engagement and visibility.
Content & Campaign:
Create content creation and ensure brand messaging aligns with influencer content.
Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content.
Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Execute campaigns on tiktok for all Gedu brands with the objective of driving business
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and present insights to stakeholders.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, tiktok, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
Experience working with influencers in the UAE or GCC market is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign success.
Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics tools.
Fluency in English.
