Role Overview:
We’re looking for anInfluencer Talent Manager – Instagramwho will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our Instagram-first influencer roster. You’ll scout, manage, and nurture top-tier Instagram talent, driving brand deals and collaborations. As we continue to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the agency’s Instagram strategy and lead key campaigns. What You’ll Do:
Manage & Scale Instagram Creators:
Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow their Instagram presence while securing brand deals.
Talent Acquisition:
Scout and sign new Instagram-first creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
Foster Brand Relationships:
Build and nurture strong partnerships with brands and agencies to booktop talentfor campaigns.
Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with internal teams to shape the overall Instagram strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster.
Autonomous & Flexible Work:
Thrive in adynamic,fast-paced environmentwhile having theflexibilityto work independently and remotely.
What We’re Looking For in You:
Instagram Expertise:
Deep knowledge of Instagram trends, features, and best practices, with aproven track recordof managing Instagram talent.
Influencer Management Experience:
Experience managing a roster of Instagram influencers and securing successful brand partnerships.
Strong Negotiation Skills:
Comfortable negotiating and securing deals with brands and marketing agencies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Drive the growth of Grail’s Instagram division and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Communication & Organization:
Strongcommunicationskillsto maintain relationships with clients and talent, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
