Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze market trends.
Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market demands.
Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to help shape product development.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or B2B sales environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in inside or outside sales is a plus.
