We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to our current customer base, promoting our services, and generating leads that contribute to our growth. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with clients and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Duties
Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce new services.
Communicate clearly and persuasively to understand customer needs and address inquiries.
Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on progress.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and following up on leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales conversations.
Requirements
Proficiency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with customer service is an advantage.
Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards learning new software tools and technologies related to telemarketing.
A passion for marketing and understanding of market dynamics.
Willingness to learn new administrative skills and assist team with other duties, as needed.

Pay includes an hourly rate and monthly bonus based on closed sales.
