The position:

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Marketing Coordinator who is a master of their craft, can produce clear, compelling imagery for our clients while also understanding the business objectives behind the work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment while developing original content and collaborating with a driven and dedicated team of creatives, marketers, and administrators. The ideal candidate will have worked across multi-channel advertising campaigns with strong video filming and editing, storytelling and conceptual skills. This role requires an expert understanding of strategic marketing, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. The right candidate must be passionate about marketing, content creating, event planning and organization, maintaining style guides, and consistently researching—all while upholding a consistent brand voice.
Marketing Coordinator duties and responsibilities:
Video filming and editing, Graphic design
Increase organic search of content that engages audience and consumers alike
Use your in-depth knowledge to increase brand awareness through various social media platforms
Create captivating graphics to post on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok
Write clear and error-free content to update brand website and newsletters
Conduct research to understand best direction for ads, social media content, and brand campaigns
Agency and company event planning and organization
Collaborate with the sales department to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials
Advocate the companies’ third party services with other clinics.
Marketing Coordinator skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communication or Marketing
1-2 years of experience producing content for various digital media channels and event planning and organization
Proven success in video filming, editing and graphic design
Exceptional skills in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms
Ability to stay up on digital media trends
Proficiency with common office software
Open communication and detail oriented
Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
Must be creative, adaptable, and have the ability to work collaboratively with a team
