Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth, and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. This position will involve inside sales activities, territory management, and assisting with product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Support inside sales efforts by engaging with potential customers through phone calls and emails.
Coordinate product demos to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Help negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage schedules for sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of territory management principles.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
A passion for sales and a desire to learn about market dynamics.
