Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Adobe Campaign Business Analyst / Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns. This role bridges the gap between strategic marketing initiatives and technical implementation, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in campaign operations, project management, and marketing, with experience in Adobe Campaign and a preference for candidates familiar with the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience can be substituted for degree

8+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or business analysis roles.

Required Qualifications

Hands on experience with Adobe Campaign
Proven experience in creating and maintaining customer experience playbooks, integrating functional designs, and managing digital content projects.
Experience in defining and maintaining metadata standards and ensuring data-driven marketing effectiveness.
Strong understanding of digital content production, workflows, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in using project management and workflow tools such as Workfront.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
Knowledge of personalization tools and techniques, including segmentation, message mapping, and engagement cadence
Self-starter, highly organized, efficient, and capable of leading large meetings and driving them towards a common goal
Strong project management, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to interface with people from various departments, positions, and knowledge levels
Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows that align with Adobe Campaign functionality.
Implement and manage Adobe Campaign solutions to support data-driven marketing strategies.
Create and maintain customer experience playbooks and functional designs to ensure consistent and effective digital engagement.
Define and maintain metadata standards to enhance marketing personalization and effectiveness.
Oversee digital content production, workflows, and supply chain management to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Utilize tools like Workfront for project management and workflow optimization.
Integrate and manage CMS and DAM systems for streamlined content delivery and asset management.
Apply personalization techniques, including segmentation, message mapping, and engagement cadence strategies, to enhance customer experiences.
Lead and facilitate large meetings, driving discussions towards actionable outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $47.42 – $51.57 per hour
