At Infina Lab, we are an eCommerce startup dedicated to creating and enhancing products that improve people’s lives. We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive product growth through creative and impactful digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Create or refine compelling brand stories to be shared across social platforms
Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Planning and maintaining the social media content calendar
Post regularly across social channels and ensure content aligns with brand voice
Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to audience interactions
Identify and reach out to influencers or content creators for potential partnerships
Track and manage influencer campaigns and product collaborations
Set up and monitor Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads
Optimize creatives, targeting, and performance analysis
Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend ideas for viral content
Qualifications:
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and eCommerce
Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in influencer marketing and building brand presence online
Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (even personal projects) is a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
