Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns

Plan, coordinate, and execute restaurant promotions and events.
Summarize and analyze monthly marketing data; generate performance reports.
Draft marketing plans based on data insights and current trends.

Social Media Management

Manage channels (e.g., Instagram, RED) by creating/editing photos and videos.
Collaborate with a designer to design graphics (flyers, seasonal promos, menus).
Publish weekly posts, respond to comments, and optimize engagement with geotags/hashtags.
Utilize content planning tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Hootsuite).

Paid Advertising

Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
Track and optimize ROI.

Influencer Collaborations

Research and contact potential influencers.
Negotiate budgets and coordinate partnerships to boost brand visibility.

Email Campaigns

Collaborate with designers to send monthly campaigns (Mailchimp).
Promote special offers, holidays, and events to the subscriber list.

Website Management

Maintain and update websites (e.g., Squarespace) with accurate menus, promo pop-ups, and information.

SEO & SEM Strategies

Research and implement methods to increase online visibility and engagement.

Trend & Competitor Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Provide data-driven recommendations.

Customer Feedback & Retention

Collaborate with a designer to design feedback portals; compile and share reviews monthly.
Recommend improvements to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Communication

Organize weekly/biweekly marketing meetings.
Record minutes, distribute summaries, and outline next steps.

Requirements:

Has experience or interest in food & beverage industries.
Availability work for 40 hours per week (on-site).
Understanding of emerging platforms, digital media, social media management, and measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Basic experience in website management.
Experience or interest in Photography, filming and video editing.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and self-direction.
U.S. work authorization is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
