Who You Are:

Teton Ridge is seeking a creative Coordinator, Integrated Marketing to join our team. This individual will assist in efforts to drive revenue by creating custom sponsorship opportunities across the company’s portfolio. This includes assisting the creation of pitch materials, joining brainstorms, and collaborating with teams across the company to develop sponsor-friendly initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with Sales, and other internal teams to answer client RFPs, cultivate proactive sales opportunities, and develop fresh marketing collateral to generate advertising/sponsorship revenue for a portfolio of brands including the parent, Teton Ridge.

Assist on client-specific RFPs; from joining the initial brainstorm, to writing up opportunities, and securing signoff from cross-functional teams.

Assist in creation of high-quality deliverables for prospective clients

Support daily communication with internal and external parties, including Marketing, Sales, Branded Content, Social teams, Production & Programming and Clients.

How You Will Succeed:

Work with sales and creative teams to develop custom sponsor-driven ideas

Love the pitch process and ideating; love developing narratives to support a concept; excited by the prospect of solving a brand’s marketing needs

Great storytelling and communication skills and a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve brand narratives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentations

What We Are Looking For:

Up-to-date on social trends and platforms

Some design ability helpful (PowerPoint, Canva, PhotoShop, etc)

Knowledge of the Western Sports and Media industry is a plus

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 1+  year of experience or internship in marketing, brand partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within the sports, media, music, or lifestyle sectors
