Responsibilities
We are seeking aMarketing Strategistto support the marketing efforts for BSIG as we reintroduce our brand, freshen our competitive advantage, and become more proactive in our efforts to distinguish ourselves. Key functions include but are not limited to the following:
Linked In Digital Messaging
Collateral development – highlight key industries, claims value prop, line of business differentiation, etc.
Maximize vendor relationships (Zywave, Mail Chimp, Canva, etc.)
Competitive Advantage – keep front and center internally and externally, primarily through digital means
Keep external and internal websites up to date
Coordinate with claims to build testimonials, monitorcustomer satisfactionrates through surveys or NPS, etc.
Berkley Beyond updates
Customer and/or agent newsletters
Proactively manage cross-sell campaigns
This role is based in Lawrenceville, GA.
Qualifications
Four-year college degree or equivalent combination ofeducationand work experience.
Ability to developinnovativemarketing campaigns and strategies.
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skillsto collaborate with teams and present ideas.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Managing multiple projects and ensuring they align with business goals.
