Job Description

The Technical Integration Specialist – Paid Media and Analytics is a pivotal role focusing on the technical foundation of digital media platforms, data integration of integration, and analytics. This role ensures the seamless technologies, accurate data flows, and actionable reporting insights to enable

data-driven decisions

.

While not directly responsible for campaign execution, the Specialist plays a critical

role in supporting Paid Media strategies through platform configuration, tagging, tracking, and reporting. Collaborating with the Director of

Technology Integration

, Paid Media teams, and key stakeholders, the Specialist ensures consistency, accuracy, and

innovation

in all technical aspects of media and analytics.

Responsibilities

Platform Configuration and Integration

* Configure and manage technical requirements for paid media platforms (e.g.,

Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others).

* Set up and maintain integrations between digital media platforms and e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Word Press, Woo Commerce) to ensure smooth data flows and platform connectivity.

* Optimize feeds and tracking systems to support e-commerce operations, ensuring alignment between inventory, conversions, and media platforms.

Tagging and Tracking

* Design, implement, and troubleshoot advanced tagging solutions across platforms using tools like Google Tag Manager.

* Ensure precise tracking of e-commerce transactions, customer behaviors, and key events (e.g., purchase funnels, cart abandonment) through tools such as Google Analytics 4.

* Handle specialized tracking needs, including iFrame tracking, form tracking,

server-side tagging, and custom Data Layer configurations.

Data Analytics and Reporting

* Build and maintain dashboards and reports tailored for e-commerce insights, including metrics such as ROAS, AOV, and customer lifetime value, using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Supermetrics.

* Conduct detailed analysis of e-commerce data flows to identify gaps, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights.

* Deliver reporting systems that link digital marketing performance with e-commerce sales, offering end-to-end visibility on campaign ROI.
