We started Top Home Improvements in 2019 and we have grown rapidly in the last 5 years. As a result, we are looking for some hungry/motivated people to join our growing team!
We provide paid training where you will learn to engage, build need, create value, set appointments, handle objections, and more. We have three different departments that you will market in, learning many different applicable marketing skills.
As a company, we feel that the more money you make for the company, the more money you should make for yourself. That is why we pay a competitive hourly rate with lucrative performance-based bonuses and commission. Average hourly rate depends on performance, ranging from $15 on the low end to $45 on the higher end.
This position is not for everyone, but for the right individual, this position can be an amazing steppingstone into a high-level management position, sales position, or other leadership opportunities.
Top Home’s goal is to be the biggest and best home improvement company in the State, and we are looking for a couple of motivated and hungry individual to join us on our journey!
