Our client, a global tech firm, is looking to recruit an Internal Communications Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting time to join the business, as the company is going through a period of growth and investing in the internal communications function.
There will be lots to do and get involved in, so this role will give you the opportunity to develop your career as an IC Professional.
As the Internal Communications Specialist, you work with the head of internal communications and support your team on a number of different projects. You will be responsible for:
Create engaging content which will be used on a variety of internal channels
Own and manage the content for monthly All Hands sessions.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication materials
Work closely with the People and Culture team and senior leadership to support employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, morale, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.
Manage the process for the company’s quarterly employee engagement survey
Manage the monthly communications calendar.
Use data and analytics to measure the impact of communication initiatives and continuously refine strategies for improvement.
This is a permanent position paying £38,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Our client requires someone to be in the office 2 days a week in London.
