We are seeking a driven and experienced International Sales Manager to lead our efforts in client acquisition and relationship management within the global manpower recruitment sector. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value-driven solutions to clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and qualify leads for potential B2B clients in international markets.

Customize proposals, schedule client meetings, and drive successful contract negotiations.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Guide and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets.

Develop strategies for market expansion and client onboarding.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings, with frequent travel across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in international manpower recruitment or HR services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.

Experience in proposal development, market research, and strategic sales planning.

Willingness to travel frequently across the Gulf region.
