Investment General Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Management or equivalent
Holds an undergraduate or master’s degree from reputable universities
Minimum 5-10 years experience in analysis or related field
5 years of experience preferably in finance roles
Excellent communication skills – oral and written in English is a must (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
Presentation skills – able to deliver compelling and concise presentations.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Demonstrate strong integrity and humility
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve financial objectives.
Lead and oversee all aspects of the investment process, including asset allocation, deal execution, and portfolio management.
Evaluating project opportunities and risks and report on them to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Prepare due diligence packs for the investment team, providing relevant, informative analytics and background research.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and external partners, serving as a trusted advisor on investment matters.
Provide strategic guidance and direction to investment team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and market updates to senior management and stakeholders
Work location:MSIG Tower, Sudirman, Jakarta.
