Job Title: Dwillsprimetime® Product Merchandising Specialist
Reports To: Merchandise Director
About the Role: Dwillsprimetime® Corporation is seeking a Product Merchandising Specialist to support the merchandising team in maximizing sales and enhancing the customer experience within the Dwillsprimetime® Corporation Store. This role will focus on Product presentation, Creating inventory, and the Executing merchandising strategies to scale the Dwillsprimetime® store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, a strong eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a growing brand.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and effective products that align with brand standards and drive sales.
Ensure products are accurately presented with clear and concise descriptions, pricing, and promotional information if needed.
Maintain a consistently high standard of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
Execute merchandising plans and directives from the Merchandising Director.
Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and seasonal Dwillsprimetime® store merchandising changes.
Gather and report on customer feedback and sales data to the executive team
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings on the online store.
Support the optimization of products using SEO
Assist with our online visual presence ensuring consistent brand engagement.
General Support:
Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases.
Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge.
Collaboration with our executive team
Qualifications
Strong retail sales and customer service skills
Proven leadership and merchandising abilities
Proficient in store and pricing strategies
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with Inventory management
Excellent communication and time management skills
Any other abilities are a plus!
