Job Title: Marketing and Events Manager (Part-Time)

Employment Type: Contract: 15-20 hours weekly
EN-RICH-MENT is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Events Manager to lead our marketing efforts and assist with events that support our mission. This role involves developing marketing materials, managing social media, promoting community events, and enhancing our brand visibility.
About EN-RICH-MENT:
EN-RICH-MENT is a 501(c)3 Canton Ohio based fine arts organization founded in 2012 that enriches the lives of youth ages 5-18 through the arts, music, education, and mentoring programs. We provide a safe haven for youth who come from diverse backgrounds. Yearly, EN-RICH-MENT touches the lives of over 500 youth through classes, engagements, and special events. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications:
– Manage social media accounts, website updates, and email campaigns.
– Create promotional materials, press releases, flyers and newsletters.
– Engage with community partners, media outlets, and stakeholders.
– Monitor marketing analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Event Planning & Execution:
– Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including fundraisers, performances, and community outreach programs.
– Secure sponsorships and partnerships to support events and initiatives.
– Handle event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and volunteer coordination.
– Promote events through digital marketing, traditional media, and grassroots outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or nonprofit management.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
– Proficient user of Google Workspace
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
