Job Overview
Next Level Brands New Jersey operates in the legal NJ Cannabis Marketplace. We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting and delivering to retail dispensaries and supporting our 10 leading cannabis brands . You will collaborate with our manufacturing team and upper management to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Visit retail dispensaries throughout the state to increase brand awareness.
Deliver cannabis products in our authorized delivery vehicle.
Collaborate with retailers to create effective advertising sales strategies.
Conduct product educational events for consumers at retailer locations throughout the state.
Manage retailer communications and support
Skills
Great communications skills
Cannabis industry experience preferred but not a must
Knowledge of cannabis products and brands
Clean Driving Record and your own vehicle (we pay $0.60/mile)
Self starter with strong work ethic
Strong budgeting skills to manage marketing expenses effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
