Job Title: Inside Marketing Representative (Appointment Setter)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Marketing Representative (Appointment Setter) to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping us meet our lead demand by handling both inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients. You will leverage our CRM system to efficiently manage prospect data and coordinate appointments, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and engage with potential clients to schedule appointments.
Make outbound calls using our CRM to follow up with leads and set qualified appointments.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
