Overview:
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator to work with our One Water group.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
Leading and executing the proposal development process
Leading proposal kickoff meetings
Leading interview preparation and presentations
Writing and editing marketing materials and technical content
Contributing to and maintaining proposal content libraries in Loopio and CC Libraries
Offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
Other various marketing tasks
Travel may be required
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience; associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience; no degree plus 6 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs)
Experience with presentation development
Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Writing and editing technical content using AP style guidelines and grammar
Working at an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
Strong graphic design layout/visual translation of information
