**Job Description:**
As the Marketing & Business Development
Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital
presence across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in expanding our
online visibility, attracting new clients, and supporting the business
development efforts of a top-producing loan officer.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute social media strategies for
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
– Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts)
to attract and engage potential clients
– Manage and update social media accounts, including
daily posting and audience interaction
– Collaborate on business development strategies to
help generate new leads and opportunities
– Assist with administrative tasks, including CRM
management and calendar organization
– Track and analyze social media metrics to refine
strategies and optimize performance
– Support the loan officer in creating marketing
materials and campaigns to promote services and offerings
**Qualifications:**
– Strong experience and familiarity with Instagram,
Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and
content creation
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to
manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– No mortgage background required – we are willing to
train the right candidate on industry-specific knowledge
