Position: Junior Brand Manager

Location: Brussels (Elsene)

Role Overview:

As a Junior Brand Manager at Savencia Benelux, you will play an important role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for our esteemed cheese brands. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of the brand portfolio in the Benelux market.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Brand Strategy Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies that align with Savencia’s values and market objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and positioning

2.Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.

Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

3.Marketing Campaigns:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, and in-store promotions.

Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

4.Brand Communication:

Assist in the creation of compelling brand content that resonates with target audiences and reflects Savencia’s heritage and values.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

5.Product Development:

Collaborate with product development teams to support the launch of innovations and renovations.

Provide input on packaging, pricing, and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.

Bilingual in French & Dutch is a strong + (French & English is a must)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for the cheese and dairy industry and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
