What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Ice Cream team in our Barcelona office. Together with the Marketing Manager, you will be leading the beloved and iconic brand Carte d’Or for our Spain Ice Cream Business across both OOH and IH channels.

As Jr Brand Manager, you will take ownership of the Carte d’Or brand, leading the development of Tubs in In-Home and also Scooping in Out-of-Home: owning the portfolio, innovation, communication and pricing strategy for Spain. You will lead local innovation & renovation projects for Carte d’Or as well as executing global launches in Spain. You will also lead the brand performance analysis, and together with the Marketing Manager, you will help on crafting and delivering the strategy for the brand.

You will work hand in hand with many stakeholders – planning, R&D, Finance, Regional & Global marketing teams and Agencies. You will also be the leader for the digital strategy for Carte d’Or, particularly in our scoopshops business. Last but not least, you will work with trade marketing teams crafting the best POS executional plans.

This role has a holistic view on innovation management, brand strategy and channel activation! You will be a key member of your brand! You will share your strategic perspective on performance and respond to category gaps or activation requirements to ensure solid results.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Lead business plans and brand activation for Carte d’Or Spain, both In-Home (Tubs and new potential segments) and Out of Home (Scooping)

Responsible for Innovation & Renovation projects, both local initiatives and execution of regional plans.

Propose brand activity and measurable objectives. Monitors brand performance and recommends solutions to meet annual targets.

Brand audit, Jobs to be done, Activity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.

Owner of brand budget end-to-end with project allocation decisions.

Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s).

Actively participate in and prepare internal meetings (brand & project reviews, sales meetings, customer plans)

Lead the digital marketing plan of the brand, specially for B2B business, working closely with agencies both for production and media allocation.

Creation of the marketing plan for almost 100 Scoopshops in Spain through POS activation materials & digital support.

Lead PR & Social & Newsletter plans for Carte d’Or out of home
