What qualities should you have?
Verystrong work ethic.
Great at proactive, empatheticcommunication- You will be directly talking to founders; you are expected to be very thorough with all yourcommunication(written as well as verbal).
Ability to sit down, simplify nuanced problems statements and ask the right questions to solve the right problems.
What will you do?
Your first 30 days
You will go through a training period where you’ll work with a Tealbox veteran to understand and familiarize yourself with our processes.
You will be primarily trained on how we communicate and become champions for the service we provide.
You will need to become conversant with media buying practices Tealbox follows and reposition your business acumen to aid a digital-first strategy.
You will shadow and learn from a Senior Executive to see how they communicate orally and in writing.
Your next 60 days
You will work directly with a Senior Executive in Client Success.
You will be assigned your own portfolio of clients for whom you will be solely responsible.
This role will involve utilisingproject managementskills to ensure that tasks, deliverables and success for the client is managed effectively.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that SLAs are met and SOPs are adhered to.
Work with brands to understand their business objectives and form a bridge between the client and the strategy team. To facilitate this, you will need to build expertise on media buying insights, crafting media plans, creative strategy and analytics.
You will need to build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
You will be required to translate data into simple but not condescendingcommunicationfor an audience composed of digital experts, novices and beginners.
The following 90 days
There’s a point where you would have fine tunedyour skillsand can start working increasing capacity.
You will start working on morediverseprojects and accounts across geographies. The objective here is for you to scale vertically after building competence.
You will need to work closely with D2C brands to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals in distribution and online presence. This will oftentimes involve transcending the digital ecosystem to allow our business partners to win.
