We are looking for a Junior Marketing Agent to join our on-site team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people, a desire to learn, and a strong work ethic. As a Junior Marketing Agent, you’ll be responsible for representing client brands, engaging directly with customers, and contributing to the success of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients professionally in face-to-face marketing campaigns
Engage with customers at events, residential areas, and business locations to promote products/services
Deliver key brand messaging and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
Gather feedback, track customer interactions, and report campaign insights to the team
Meet individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training sessions and development workshops
