As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll assist in creating content, managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and analyzing marketing performance. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., emails, brochures, and social media posts).
Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking campaign performance.
Help coordinate and execute events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, product launches, and trade shows.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Assist in the management of the company’s website and content updates.
Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance and social media metrics.
Support email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and analyzing results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships welcome).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
