Job Summary
We’re looking for a positive, warm, energetic and results-oriented person to join our pelvic therapy practice. The ideal candidate will be personable, inclusive, and passionate about helping others by helping us grow our patient base and enhance our presence in the community. Hours will be 8:30am-11:30am, Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities:
Open the office and prepare for clinic
Help maintain organization and cleanliness of office, including stocking linens and supplies and light cleaning
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voice messages and emails
Contact patients to schedule appointments
Manage referrals from other offices and follow-up appropriately
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase patient visits
Plan and coordinate local events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to promote our practice
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the team
Collaborate with internal staff to ensure effective marketing campaigns
Maintain strict confidentiality in all tasks and ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
High school degree or higher
Experience in local marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High work ethic and integrity
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Strong computer skills and proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Word/Excel
