The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to assist with various marketing initiatives. As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, including event coordination, partnerships, and campaign execution, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the brand’s values and objectives.
What you will be doing
Event Planning & Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing brand events, product launches, and promotional activations.
Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and communicate with vendors, partners, and influencers.
Ensure that events align with the brand’s image and marketing objectives.
Partnerships Support:
Assist in identifying potential partners and building relationships with influencers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate partnership agreements and monitor their effectiveness.
Help implement co-branded marketing campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research & Reporting:
Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Prepare reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with the e-commerce, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Assist in coordinating internal communications and team workflows.
What you will need to succeed
1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or retail.
Experience in event coordination or working with influencers is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
