SharpLight Technologies is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B digital strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, aesthetic-tech environment and has a proven ability to generate high-quality leads, analyze data for actionable insights, and develop compelling content across platforms.
This is a B2B-focused role, requiring experience developing and executing campaigns that engage professional buyers—particularly dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, and aesthetic clinics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. medical aesthetics market, especially high-demand regions like Florida, California (Los Angeles), and New York. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting SharpLight’s business development efforts and driving brand visibility in key U.S. territories.
The candidate must be able to work legally in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute B2B digital marketing strategies across email, paid social, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. Optimize campaigns to increase qualified leads and support the sales pipeline, with a strong focus on U.S.-based aesthetic professionals.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals. Deliver marketing assets, landing pages, and lead-nurturing sequences to move plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and med spa owners through the sales funnel.
Social Media Management: Manage SharpLight’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create, schedule, and monitor content tailored for B2B engagement and thought leadership in the aesthetics industry.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and detailed reports to track campaign KPIs, lead quality, and ROI. Use insights to refine targeting and messaging.
Content & Creative Execution: Design and produce marketing assets such as digital ads, social graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and webinar visuals. Ensure content speaks to the professional aesthetic market and reflects SharpLight’s brand standards.
Web & CRM Management: Update and manage SharpLight’s website and create automated email workflows within Zoho CRM to support inbound marketing and conversion strategies.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor trends in the U.S. medical aesthetics industry and competitive activity. Conduct A/B tests, evaluate content performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Innovation: Support the creation and promotion of SharpCasts (podcasts), webinars, and live events. Assist with partner marketing, affiliate collaborations, and B2B co-branded campaigns.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and performance analytics
Proven success marketing capital equipment or services to professional buyers (e.g., plastic surgeons, dermatologists, med spas, or aesthetic clinics)
Strong understanding of the U.S. aesthetic and wellness market, especially in Florida, California, and other high-demand regions
Proficient in Zoho CRM, Canva/Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling/advertising tools
Demonstrated success in lead funnel development, paid media strategy, and conversion optimization
Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities
Graphic design skills with a portfolio of digital and print work
