Key Responsibilities:
Execute In-Field Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of retail marketing campaigns, maximizing brand visibility and impact
Product Knowledge & Performance Reviews: Attend client meetings to stay informed on products and services, providing insights to improve performance and achieve marketing goals
Consumer Engagement: Implement localized marketing strategies to connect with target audiences, fostering brand loyalty and increasing customer retention
Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and launch innovative campaigns aimed at expanding market reach and driving business growth
Project Support: Assist senior marketing staff with the execution of special projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is also considered
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams
Process Improvement: Ability to assess customer needs and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and overall satisfaction
Sales Planning: Skilled in organizing sales activities, tracking performance, and forecasting business growth
