Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Junior Outreach Specialist  to
join our team
in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and potential partners. You will assist in expanding brand visibility, securing collaborations, and driving growth through outreach efforts. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in public relations, networking, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential partners, influencers, and industry leaders. Build and nurture relationships with key contacts to create opportunities for
collaboration
. Assist in crafting outreach emails, proposals, and partnership presentations. Coordinate and follow up on outreach efforts to ensure successful collaborations. Monitor and report on outreach campaign performance and impact. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor outreach strategies.
Support the marketing and sales teams in lead generation and
brand awareness
initiatives. Â Requirements:
Strong
communication
and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships and engage with
diverse
audiences. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Basic knowledge of outreach tools and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Linked In). Previous internship or experience in sales, public relations, or outreach is a plus.
